Important Note: Please be advised that during this COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience a slight delay with receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure you receive your item/s in time and kindly ask for your sincere understanding.

 

Currently we offer Free Shipping for all orders over $20 USD. (Note this is subject to change).

ByCapelli offer Worldwide shipping, standard delivery is 11-23 days depending on your location and country. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders are dispatched immediately once they have been processed. Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. We endeavour to get your goods to you ASAP. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3-5 days. If you are unable to locate the email or tracking details please contact our customer service department for assistance at info@bycapelli.com. Additionally, if your order has not arrived please contact us immediately to assist with tracking.

Note in some cases parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. ByCapelli is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.
